You know Jen made a statement The other day That kids are not Pets.
Today i have been noticing all these toys that are geared at making "child care" look fun. It is stupid. Child care is not fun nor should it be. It is a serious responsibility and they are making it like " Babies are cute, you can play with them " What they don't realize is that those babies grow up. When you have a kid you are stuck with them for 18+ years. A kid is NOT a pet. And that is what they are projecting them as in their products.

Getting ready for a home remodel. Refinanced our mortgage (only 30K left to pay on it) to pay off the residual and get enough to remodel our master bath and expand the kitchen. 15 yr fixed at 3.7%.

The meth house? Did they ever find that people had been cooking there?
There's a house down the road which got roped off for the longest time--I assume because someone had been cooking and ruined the iinside. That place must have sat vacant or was being worked on for more than a year before signs of life returned to it.
