Some people say "Neti pot" but the thought of pouring water in one nostril and having it come out the other sounds a lot like self-waterboarding to me.

By the way...our house might be an option when you come to Austin next year...I'm sure there will be many options.

woo hoo!

I've used something similar to the neti pot. It clogs me up more initially. It does feel like drowning.

dr coasting recommends taking a teaspoon of cayenne pepper (half if you wuss) in a glass of hot water. not warm but as hot as you can handle for fast drinking. drink it down quickly so you get as little of it as possible stuck in your mouth which is when it will taste firey. drink it fast and you won't notice it.

within seconds you will splutter and open up all your airways. you'll be crying too. you will feel totally decongested. it is also good for your circulation.

Is there a CIA office nearby?

Alas, this is too far outside the price range.

Get Thai food for lunch. Extra spicy.

For temporary relief, use a finger to push between your eyebrows. That's an acupuncture point that will supposedly drain your sinuses. It sometimes helps ease the headache. Sometimes.

Everyone is wimping out on tomorrow's club ride. We usually have 6-8 riders.

Tomorrow it will be windy and high 20's at start time, and it looks like it will be me and one other rider.

Grrr....Brrr....

Sorry I saw this late. He will probably be ok but that is no excuse not to be checked out. He should see the doctor.

They're required by law to keep logs, and you can only buy x amount during x period of time.
