coasting - if you take a class, make sure to tell the instructor that you're having lower back issues. Some poses an movements can make things worse until you're stronger or the pain has been relieved.

To the doctors in the house:
Mr TS fell off a treadmill and hit the back of his head over the weekend. The swelling has gone down but he still has a headache. He refuses to even call the triage nurse at his doctor's office. Should I be worried/yell at him to call?

thanks. good suggestion.

i'm no doc, but as for mr TS i think any head injury should be taken seriously and not dismissed. last year a famous actress (can't remember who now) bumped her head skiing and it was not serious at all at first sight. all she complained about was a headache. it killed her a few hours later. he should see a doc.

He seems to think that since he's had a few concussions, that he's an expert. I think getting several head injuries means his judgement is clouded.

Yes, be worried AND yell at him. We men all too often ignore health concerns, or we're overly concerned about htfu. Silly.

And we wonder why we don't live as long as women.

... and I'm more worried because I'm in Cbus this week, so if something happens when he's at home, there's no one else there.

Do they? I find them rather frustrating to inflate.
