There's a guy with a WRX in our neighborhood with a loud blow off valve. He drives through the intersection like a dick, like everyone else with a loud car/bike that comes past our house, but it's the least offensive of the bunch.

Yes, it is. I used to hover around 8-10pts all the time. I bought an F-150, and now 2 years later I have Zero points. Plus plenty of room to haul around bikes. safely, and comfortably.

I didn't get that high, but I usually sported 1 or 2 points constantly, as soon as it would drop off I would be a Ned again.
