Sadly, the proficiency paper comes with no cash award, just like running itself.

They opened with Rosa Parks Boulevard by Michael Dougherty. Next, they were joined by pianist, Terrence Wilson for Liszt's Piano Concerto No.2 in A Major. After intermission, we heard Beethoven's Symphony No.6 in F Major; Pastorale. A good time was had by all.

Proficiency is its own reward.

It's unlikely I'll be able to hear it. If I could, and listeners could call in with questions, I'd ask why he doesn't put trumpets in the front and move those silly stringed instruments to the back row.

He could be a music trailblazer in this regard.

You should start your own band and implement this plan.

Seems like the strings would be stoked not to have all that hot air blowin' across them.

My rides of the day summary:

Morning commute 3.8 miles endurance zone.

Sounds in BBs of Mongoose and Pinarello. I sense repack in the Pinarello. Repack or replacement in the 'goose.

I really effed myself up on the leg press Thursday night. Hadn't done it in a month and a half. Feels like I haven't done it ever. Went home from work last night, and slept 12hrs straight. Gonna have to do a recovery pace ride tonight.

I did, when I stopped a month and a half ago we were doing 550lbs on the last set doing 10/10. Thursday did 465lbs on the last set of 12/15. It hurts like hell, but it's a good hurt.

I slept on a boat last night. When I took a shower this morning I couldn't stop swaying in the little stall

I kinda love that feeling when dry land feels like it's rocking.
