Haven't really done much beyond cleaning it a little since picking it up. Seat needs replacing. Chain, RD and cranks got removed yesterday for some servicing soon, then the wheels will be replaced....

Irrespective, the surface finish generally wouldn't crack like that unless the tension is too high and it's being flexed. I'd say the rims are toast and it's a matter of time before the eyelets pull...
