Yeah, I'm going to be fscked no matter what anyway as I run OS X on a G4 Powerbook. There's a few options for me to use though.

Re: Polar HRM, scratch the power option (not much of an option really). There was a review on the powertap vs SRM vs polar, and the conclusion was that the polar was nearly worthless for power metering as it variated so much If you're serious about power training, the powertap iis the lowest end i'd hit.

For HRM, I was very close to getting the CS200 as it included computer download and record function with heart rate/speed and all the fun bits (not via soniclink).

I got poured on 3 times on the way home. Like seriously poured on so much the road just looks like splashes of water and the raindrops started beating me down to the ground. The guys at sweet pete's thought it was pretty funny when I came sprinting along the sidewalk and skidded right under their awning when it was pouring buckets.

Atleast it was on the way home. Nothing worse than getting soaked in the morning and having to deal with it at work... this reminds me.. i better dry out my cycling shoes sooner than later.. doh!

Stuff 'em with newspaper, and then change out the paper if it gets too damp. That always does the trick for me!

i've been on set. A LOT! selling various things such as: aspirin, nissan, casino rama, big al's! frozen dinner, the salvation army, bank of montreal, coors light, and a bunch of other useless products. as far as getting safe goes, yes please!
