I'd like to hear the legal aspects when somebody dl's kiddie porn via a shared connection. Who's responsible - the owner of the network? And edit, what the **** on the 3 pages on that bike.

I hereby crown today Toronto Fixed's shining achievement. Well done, all. Well done.

I'm pretty sure the owner of the network would be investigated, but once you can show that you didn't dl it, then you'd be ok. I mean they don't have rights to sue Bell because someone on Sympatico downloads it.

It's too early in the morning to start talking law. Oh right, I'm at the office so I better start thinking law! :)

I take it you missed the all-caps, bolded, bright red warning last time I posted something that wasn't safe for work? Don't worry, I'll give you fair warning if it's inappropriate content for work, etc.

Yeah, but I'm a student, so I don't mind NSFW content.. I meant more like "not requiring eye bleach" safe :P

Hutz: And so, ladies and gentleman of the jury I rest my case.
Judge: Hmmm. Mr. Hutz, do you know that you're not wearing any pants?
Hutz: DAAAA!! I move for a bad court thingy.
Judge: You mean a mistrial?
Hutz: Right!! That's why you're the judge and I'm the law-talking guy.
Judge: You mean the lawyer?
Hutz: Right.

I think that trumps http://www.kittenwar.com.

Wes - have you seen this saddle (cover)?

somnambulant 11-13-07 09:21 AM

Yeah, I was considering getting one.. although I'm not sure what I'd use it on since it's technically a bmx saddle. Probably not so comfortable for actually sitting on. :P

They're made by fi'zi:k.
