Craigslist.
I picked up a frame (and fork, headset) of extreme hotness tonight for an excellent price. Of course I have no real need for the frame per say, but can't pass up a good deal.

Or, somehow, figure out a way to get one of those BikesDirect frames up here. Even with our dollar tanking against the US$buck, it is still a good deal.

That shop in Kensington is alright. I bought a bike there once and the guy I dealt with was very helpful and patient with my then uninformed self.

To answer your post from a bit ago about tomorrey, I'm probably going to swing by CM, check out the Polo (I've not heard or read of any race details for the halloween alleycat, so I assume I'm not cool enough) and then head off to a partay.

Any true track frame should have steeper than road geometry. If you have not tried High Park Cycles, it's worth a shot. You either get a nice old bike for a decent price or you get high balled and shunned from the store....roll the dice.

Stuart,
I checked in at BoW today for you. They're selling Mark V framesets for $290 and Mark V Pro framesets for $340. In my quick glance around I saw one that looked tall enough to be a "56" or "59" maybe (those are IRO's nominal sizes). There also looked to be some smaller stuff kicking around but I was under the impression you were taller than shorter.
