I can carry a Keger in my big trailer :D
|
it'll be much lighter on the ride home
|
so we head ride out on the Spit tonight and get drunk?
|
Anyone know anything about Guru bikes? I just saw my Gino-looking next door neighbor pull one out onto the road and ride away. Looked like this one maybe: http://www.gurubikes.com/store/index.php/cPath/22_71

Nay, not tonight my friend, homeward bounding. And honestly a keg between the two of us might lead to me being found floating face down somewhere liquid-y like the lake. While I can drink my face off, it's been many many moons since that type of training has been a routine. Night's to all.

Anybody up for a ride tomorrow evening? It should involve a drink stop. (mmmm... iced chai latte... drool)

ps. I think McEwan is the opposite of prudish:
a person who is or claims to be easily shocked by matters relating to sex or nudity. OR One who is excessively concerned with being or appearing to be proper, modest, or righteous. |

honest Question here,
which brakes are better ,, #1 side pull or #2 center pull #3 which are stronger |
**Abandoned Bike Alert**
Was coming home just now and at King and Strachan there is a Raleigh "Granny" bike frame near the TTC shelter. It has wheels but no rubber and no rim tape but it seemed in pretty good shape. If I had been in my car, I would have popped it in the truck fo' sho' to give to a friend but maybe someone here can use it? |

And yes, I think leaving the steer-tube uncut is good for now as I am not sure how much I like this fork. I am so used to the aluminium Kinesis fork from my conversion that this one is a bit too spongey. Great input folks, I appreciate it ;) I’ve also been eyeing the velocity deep v's they look nice (brainwashing from bikeforums) Nice build up Cheers |

it looks like there are more and more messenger bag options out there every day. i'll be waiting a while from my PAC to wear out so i don't think i'm in the market for one of these (but they look nice).

The bike rides nicely and isn't as stiff as I had anticipated, maybe because of the carbon fibre fork and seatpost. So far I love it and the gearing is fine for me (52X16) but I am going to have to learn to skid differently now. Questions? Comments?
