Ya, great time. My only hope is that next trip we get more time on the track. Doing the 2nd and 3rd courses in quick succession seems like a great way to fill a day though. Count me in for the next trip down to Forest.

I'll be on the team :D

nothing like taking a turn and looking over to the left and seeing the floor.

we need to head over to the velodrome again sometime very soon, I already miss it.

I could have lived without the breeze coming home tonight but I must say the velodrome BLEW MY MIND.

I'm down whenever people go next, unless i'm in china.

Good to hear you guys had a blast! I wanna see pics and vids!

I'm definitely gonna try and come out to the next trip to the drome, if only it was on Sundays. Or maybe I'll just fake sick and go anyways on Saturdays :)

So who's going on this? And is the departure time at 10 sharp or...?

I call dibs on Shiznaz's flash next time if he's not using it. Hopefully next time I can get a shot of everyone too (and shots where we're higher up on the banking). ;)

Somna will be handling that one. I only really got shots from the first bit of the day. Once we started doing pacing lines I forgot all about taking pictures and just concentrated on having fun/trying not to die. ;) It's a bit unfortunate, because all these photos are pretty much of people on their first terror-filled lap around the track. Our final laps of the day had everyone tearing around almost at the yellow line. It was certainly an amazing experience.

operator 06-10-06 10:24 PM

Yeah I can't wait to go back, especially since the next one is free!!

Ill Mitch 06-10-06 11:54 PM

Just put some of my pics on flickr my sig below.
Not a lot of pics i think everyone was busy either riding or watching to see who was going to fall first, no one did it actually was not as difficult as i thought but not exactly easy either but it was fun for sure.
Cheers
