That was Squid on Ellen. He is the numero uno organizer in N.Y. Hell of a nice guy. I am not sure if he used to wear a helmet regularly, but as he is Captain of the Puma/N.Y. team, he might have to now.

I saw that as well. He’s the *famous* guy nic-named squid "hawk wheels" on here. I some how doubt he wears one but who knows?

I know i have a love/hate relation ship with my helmet.
Cheers

That was the wish, figured that I have enough cranks, stems and bars that that would work, but my wife has decided that if I have money to buy a 4th bike with, I have money to pay back the $$ I borrowed from her line of credit, so hub from Shapelike is being ordered.

Her other suggestion was to sell my cannondale and use that money to buy a bike if I wanted. Don't want a new fix bike that bad.

De permits on de back o de car man.

tovi 12-01-06 03:33 PM

Anyone want to ride around the CNE (or elsewhere) later tonight? That's assuming it's not pouring buckets, of course. How about 11PM? And by the way, the CNE has bright streetlamps which illuminate the whole course pretty well.

cavit8 12-01-06 03:35 PM

To the shop guys on the forum: Anyone know of a shop that orders from Quality Bike Products in the states? I'm looking to get a replacement cone for my Suzue Junior POS and QBP is the only outfit that makes the 3/16 size. Urbane just did a big order and won't be doing another for a bit. Harris Cyclery can do it but requires a $50 USD minimum order for Canadian orders. I've got an email out to Marcus at Yojimbo's.

Yeah, but mine is now technically expired and I totally forgot about it until last night. Online = waiting for it to get mailed to me.

TRaffic Jammer 12-01-06 03:42 PM

I actually said that once to the MNR officer when he asked to see my waterfowl licence at Long Point.

He wasn't amused.

TRaffic Jammer 12-01-06 03:47 PM

Gee.... I wonder why?
Seriously between now and Christmas check out that projection show...it's really cool.
