SEALED everything for that matter.
I'm on 2inch+ fatty knobbies.... in the spring the hunt for 1 inch 26ers continues.
It slaps comin' off a curb? the singulator by surly is 60buck not 75 as seen on urbane's site.

i used a tensioner like that on my old SS MTB and it giggled and slapped a little when the spring was in the push-down position. not sure if you can switch the spring on yours (the old surly ones you could); i would recommend switching it (or having keith do it) so that the spring pushes the chain up so you get more chain wrap around the cog and eliminate the chain slap problem. but, he's probably already on top of that...

Firstly I had to modify the chain tensioner I bought.
I didn't want to spend 60+ on it.. cuz I'd be smashing the $h1T out of it while learning trials.
The original spring and hex bolt were a POS.
Burly is the manufacturer.. not so burly from what i found.

I am sure the surly singlator is much better quality then the one i have.

In my experience, don't use a tensioner if you can find the magic ratio.

I'm running those on my city bike @90psi and they're great. Really tough too Highly recommended.

Someone posted a link where you could get 26X1, but being the smart guy I am I didn't save the link and can't remember what thread it was in

It happens a lot when I'm riding like a fun-boi.

I'll swap you my 14t for either the 15 or 16.

I have the cheapo $9 IRC form MEC. I love them almost as much as the Kenda Kwests. I had 1" tires before and found them to be a pain. Too many flats and brutal to get on/off. They weren't worth the extra momentum they gave IMO. You can get some here

Both do if you can make it look like you're working.

Pro-Tip: For a long thread, copy and paste the thread contents into a memo in word with letterhead at the top. For responses to threads, type them up in the email client and then copy and paste them to the thread!

No. it won't be fixed. Either a s/s or I'm going to build it geared with some older 'retro' parts.
