You just need a plug to insert in the spindle for use of a regular crank puller. Some aftermarket Q.R's have a nut that works well for this. The "proper" sh1tmano one can be had for a couple bucks.

Me too. The shop I bought my trainer from at the Fall show had them at their booth.

New study shows that testosterone levels peak after 7 days of abstinence. Increased testosterone = floyd landis like capability.

Spinal Tap is reuniting for Live Earth! Unfortunately, much like Van Halen, Spinal Tap has a member in rehab. Apparently Derek is in rehab for internet addiction. My prayers are with him!

Cavern I'm grabbing a loaner wheel from Iherald around 2 so I'll be by to grab my bike after that. I was wondering if you have any cheap risers or flats. Thought I might try out a new handlebar until I can go back to bullhorns on the jamie roy

Wheels of Bloor carry Catlike. Both the Whisper and Kompact. They're great helmets.

Couple of quick purchasing questions.

Does anyone in town stock JTek Shiftmates?
Where can I buy inexpensive 184 pin RAM?
Where can I buy a USB audio adapter (apart from ebay)

How much do you need for 184pin? 1gb?
$45/$80 for 512mb/1024mb @ Canadacomputers

As long as you don't care about tight memory timings or brand.
