How do I take my kudos back?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Once given kudos cannot be taken back.

I would so like to 'five star' this thread. It delivers.

That's what I feared. Might have to look for a new MUP.

Lesson learned my friend, lesson learned.
You can have my Kudos anytime.

Thanks for the reminder. I haven't gone and blindly handed out kudos today.

I hand out virtually no kudos, as the People of Strava® have completely devalued them. Probably 90% of the kudos I see are handed out for TrainerRoad and Zwift rides. Oh... hell... no. Bad enough that the Zwift'rs lead the club leaderboards for distance and climbing almost every week.

I thought about giving a serious, thoughtful answer to the OP's conundrum but then I guess I just went on living my life.

My son says folks just go down their list and click and Kudos don't mean anything. I think he is wrong.

I think so too. I mean, when you are young and kudos are a'plenty I can see how you would think that. But eventually you realize that those kudos have value, value which you are decreasing by giving them away so easily. If they want them they gotta earn 'em I say.

Can we get a separate section for discussion of the strava thingy and keep it out of the road forum?

Also, when is it appropriate to yell "KUDOS" on a ride?

He was referring to waxing and polishing the brightwork of said CJ, with a good interior shampoo/vacuum as well.

The Zwift sub-forum has a lot of good information about it.

Any time you want everyone to know for certain that you're too ignorant to know the term is "chapeau".

I got a Tough Suffer Score yesterday and he didn't even give me any kudos. Considering unfollowing him.

These might be only slightly higher in viewer ratings than the inpd blogs.
