Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Need help with BB

I am riding an older Orbea frame with Tiagra BB68 English. I acquired a brand new Wilier Cento1sr and would like to know what BB should I buy that will accept the Tiagra crank-arms and fit in my Cento. Or are there any conversion kits that will allow me to fit my English thread Tiagra BB into the BB386 Cento.

You'll probably get a faster, more definite response to this question over in the Bicycle Maintenance forum.
