I'm leaving in a few minutes to interrogate a radiation oncologist regarding the best choice for my prostate treatment. From my POV, seeing as we've caught it early, the treatment choice boils down to whichever offers the fewest or mildest side effects. Much like bike purchases, asking questions after the deed is done is fail.

Bringing the Mrs. with me as she is way better at asking questions than I.

Good luck!

p.s. do NOT get the seeds. Trust me. PM if needed.

Give him hell, Billy. Make him earn his fee. ;)

Seriously, best wishes for a positive resolution.

Noooo, not at all. It's just that you seem to be unfamiliar with the 41's BBFTB (Best Bang For The Buck) line of reasoning - inexpensive is obviously the best, because anything more expensive than I'm willing to spend is surely past the point of diminishing returns which is *not* best. Oh, and then there's the stuff that's more expensive for no reason other than evil marketing to clueless sheep - definitely not best, either.

Ouch!

Me either. Music is so compartmentalized. Sometimes that's bad because there's a lot of good stuff it's not easy to get exposed to. But at other times, thank goodness you don't have to hear it . . . ever!

Yes, but apparently some folks have keys to all the compartments.

Thanks. Yes, I'm new here. I just signed up this morning and that was my first post. Was that post okay, or, have I offended someone?

Did you see the ask a question box?

Yes. I asked what the Capital of Wyoming is, but I didn't get an answer.

What, what? When did this happen? Man, oh man - is there something in the Addiction water? Best of luck Billy.

Once upon a time I did 23 miles with the A group of the same club topslop1 was riding with. 3 times, actually. These were all on long rides (70+ miles), so they were not going fast like they do on the weeknight rides. That's the key. Wait until they're going slow, then POUNCE!

Actually, all three of those times were terrible mistakes on my part, and were a prelude to terrible second halves of rides for me.

I like the portland design works light, mainly because it's not USB rechargeable. A AAA lasts like a year in it.

Also it blinks to the tune of some 80's song.

You can often get them a lot cheaper than that.

Sorry to hear that, MrD. Good luck with the treatment!

I think I speak for everyone in stating that we need an update from Dan333SP.

I'm dying to know how the mini lion claw covers are working out.

So first satellite test today was TOTAL fail. Ugh, the demod (which costs as much as a house) is even more broken than it was yesterday. It's in a remote hut in Australia. So if someone has to lay hands on it physically, that could mean this project is on hold until late June.

And, we're testing against a lone satellite in the sky with compatible tx parameters that's on it's last legs. If we don't get the test done before the satellite croaks we're in for a whole load of trouble come launch time on the next series.
