Did most of my MTV watching when they first launched. Mainly during the wee hours of the morning, after getting home from work - store closed at midnight.

We are lucky in Philly to have WXPN which is the University of Pennsylvania radio station. They play an eclectic mix which does include some pop/rock, although more indie and local acts, blues on the weekends, etc... I do listen to them sometimes.

WFMU is my favorite from that part of the world. I tune in on the internet from time to time.

My step brother owned a video production company that did some work for MTV, including one of the openers for their show "The Head Bangers Ball." He got me one of those original MTV t-shirts with the moon guy holding the flag logo. Wish I had taken care of it. it might be worth something today/some day. |
Oh my. Blast. From. The. Past.

I had to watch music videos on the local pbs station on Sunday mornings.
Bananarama was the highlight. #poorme |

They are pretty much the only two stations I listen to at home. My cat likes the evening jazz on RTI. If I am in the car in the morning I will put on the Preston & Steve Show on WMMR. It's usually quite hilarious. David Sedaris was a guest yesterday morning.

Though this may be true, I bet it's still closer than the guy your company is going to send. I know Rowan did major engine work on an overhead cam V-6, so this hut nonsense should be a walk in the park. gnome sounds pretty sharp too, so between the two of them, and some bush-mechanicin', they will have that bird flying right in no time.
Skills required is no big deal. Instructions are to "nintendo" the cards. :crash: |

Actually, we're not sending anyone, the Australia Bureau of Meteorology is going to send someone from Melbourne, only 1800 miles away.

Just made the short walk to the printer and back. Someone's deodorant has failed them today. There are only a few people in today so I have narrowed it down.

On the bright side, at least our admin. isn't walking around with her zipper down. I noticed that she was last week. A co-worker told me she's done it several times before. |
Whelp, Aston Martin is dead to me. Can't really call it a boycott, but they're dead to me.

So I don't go to "Performance Bike Shop" more than once/year, but somehow I am on their idiot list.
I noticed they are advertising they take "trade-ins" on new bikes. I wonder what they do with the trade-ins, anyone know? |
