It has its moments. I used to scratch build and design all my planes. Just because it wasn't nerve racking enough building kits. I fly electrics now, mostly made of foam, purchased on the intertubes from China. it shortens the" repair/refurbish" time a lot. I spent 5 or 6 years down that rabbit hole. Learned to fly, became an instructor, did some pattern flight competitions, got into giant scale, got married..... so much for hobbies. lol

When I arrived home I found my new Turbo Charger waiting for me on the porch. The firebird I have been building has changed directions a little. 600 rwhp is the goal with 800 rwhp potential. So now that its all assembled and running/driving... time to blow it apart and start over.
