Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Not for me. It was a new one.

I just hope it's only a cramp that hurt for a few days.

1. Probably not. The little lady got it at a thrift store, so provenance is unknown to us.

2. Google photo URLs are the best!

3. BTW, the little lady was the photographer.

Have you looked it up or sought medical advice?

I've not had a cramp last more than a few hours.

Looks like 3TTT has outdone Shimano and Campy in the Chainring bolt spacing arena.

The cramp was during the ride, but soreness lasted a couple days.

Hoping it's not impingement on the good side.

Another arena where a standard that stood for (I assume) decades at a minimum has gotten replaced by a pile of new "standards".

Didn't you have the same thing happen a week or so ago?

I have (unofficially) gone back to the stovetop espresso maker for my morning coffee, as opposed to the new-fangled Aeropress. Filtered coffee just tastes too dumbed down. I am, however, not making it nearly as strong as in the past.
