I got $1500 back this year from the IRS and I'm a little miffed. Should be closer to zero.
So, my tax lady runs my figures through her witchcraft software for next year with the new tax rules and told me that if nothing changes, I'll be getting $5,000 plus back.
Dang, I must be in some sort of sweet spot with the new tax plan.

Poring over a new cash offer on our house tonight. Realtor is talking to another couple that expressed interest in making an offer and we still have a contract subject to sale of their house. If we accept one of the other two, our contract offer has 24 hours to come up with the cash or their contract is void.
