Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Many different types. People who hate on sugar cookies aren't serious cyclists.

Hope she didn't throw the old one away.

Lotta rice and not much activity sounds like a great way to pack on the pounds

Some of y'all listened to my interview on the Drunk Athlete Podcast. AG's coach and his wife are on the latest episode, 52, if anyone's interested. This is the woman who's insisting she might not be able to finish the super-sprint this upcoming Sunday. Both are former pros, and they go into how they got into triathlon, and then into it professionally, and how to deal with having a relationship under that sort of scenario. Link below if anyone somehow doesn't already have podcasts set up.

I have never eaten an entire chocolate chip cookie in my life. For the most part, I don't like chocolate. It pretty much has to be really sweet. Think Baby Ruth or Snickers bars.

Even the pool that makes my stomach hurt is cleaner than the oily crap the rain pulls off the asphalt. And I don't have squishy shoes in the pool.

But you can't drown, that's a solid plus in my book.

Fake news. Fans threw snowballs at Santa and batteries at opposing players. They also threw snowballs at Cowboys players.

It's really hard to drown in a pool that comes up to your ribcage if you stand up.
