did you get some ibuprofen ointment to apply topically to the affected area per my previous suggestion? Have you tried a blood letting?
all the kids are doing it.
are you cleaning out spit valves now?
get better soon, the greater Knoxville area is counting on you.

As @rpenmanparker said, South Carolina peaches. Grainger County (TN) tomatoes. I don't know about blueberries, strawberries, or white corn. Hard pass on cranberries from anywhere.

Sorry to hear that @datlas. We've had a few fatalities down here in the last year as well. Ride smart, everyone.

So tonight Mrs BD and the tour group will be overnighting in Syracuse, NY. It marks roughly the half way point in their trip. Tomorrow's destination is Rome.
She's doing great. I fear she will be significantly stronger than me for the rest of the season with all these miles under her belt. WTH, she earned it, and the trash talk will be coming. lol
Tonight's band is playing Jefferson Airplane music, which is fitting for the average age group of the riders. I was surprised so many senior folks were going on the ride.

I'm sure they'll need their emergency gears along the Syracuse section of the canal.

- It probably wasn't the right thing. It certainly wasn't fun.
- I'm way beyond ibuprofen. If I had to bet I'd wager this latest biologic I'm on isn't going to cut it, either. And that there's infusions looming in my future.
- I do need to clean my trumpet. It's been many months since I've done so.
It's happening!!

I know I shouldn't be reading this far back. I was tipped off to a mention back on page 43, and am now working my way back. In my frame of reference, EVERY night is dark. The problem with the power being out is we lack fans.
