Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

too bad you didn't get a flu shot. Some people need it, I have been told. I've never had the flu.

I do not have the flu, unless there's a flu that only manifests itself in coughing and a slight runny nose. @datlas

Well, the slow northerly trek has started. We’ve stayed in Kissimmee, Clermont, Port Charlotte, and Venice, FL. We’re heading to Destin for a few days, then Nashville and home.

We we’re hoping all of the snow would be gone but I see there is 3” more forecast for tonight. Still, it will be good to get home.

Cold snap Monday, only going to get up to 52°, and there's a 40% chance of precipitation. We should probably hit Costco before the shelves are cleared!

Bike ride to ensue shortly. Details may or may not follow. In any case, the awesome shovel will remain awesome and safely secured in an undisclosed location in Metro Atlanta.
