People don't pay attention to geography like they used to, but Velo Vol is old school.
I have determined that with the exception of two years at school, and a few summers away, I have lived my entire life in the Ohio River watershed, home of America's greatest waterways.
DougRNS once lived in it too, but now he's in parched America, and can only look enviously upon our lush green valleys.

Short-acting sedatives like valium are fat soluble, so they redistribute to fat and leach back into the circulation for days, making you feel faintly like crap. I hate them.

Oh I knoe. I can’t imagine recreational use, and managed to avoid it on the way out. That was a day flight though, and I’d be looking at like 36 hours awake without it. The sleep quality is worse too with it (and it’s interesting to see the lingering effect show on Garmin). And athletic performance is muted.
Really looking forward to a return to routine.

Velo Vol only takes healthful drugs. He's seen what has happened to you addicts.

Vain, But Lacking Talent
So I think I need a new job. But I also have it too easy/get paid too well in my current job. And I feel like I want to jump industries/professions. Just burnt out at my current gig. If only bike shops paid engineering salaries...

Yeah, I don't know if the polymorphisms of these have really been figured out, but I am confident that they ARE a thing. My sister has dealt with real addiction issues, and I thank my lucky stars that I don't seem to have that problem.

Are you in the ORB club? I'm guessing not.
