Well, I bought an Arione, and it's like sitting on a plank of wood. Does that answer your question?

 I've heard others say the same, but I find it okay. I did have an absolute shocking hard saddle for for years though early on, so maybe I toughened up.
My brother went from a Rolls to an Arione  and has been perfectly happy.

To sum up: Saddles = personal choice.

Soon as I saw these lovelies on the grid I had to search them out. Thank gawd Suzuki hired them and stuck them on their website. They now grace my desktop at home and at work. I swear they make blacksacs seedsac spontaneously drain just looking at them. :o

Great dresses those. I like the bottom pic with the chick next to Chris the V. From the way her skirts hanging and the cheeky smile, you'd almost think Chris went for the fiddle before the shot was taken. And who could blame him?! :D

correct weight. Tally-Ho miniskirts.

HDTVKSS 06-15-06 05:49 PM

scanning the letters in the SMH today to see what they printer RE miranda devines article, this was my fave.

Miranda Devine's diatribe against vegans, cyclists, Canberrans, Greens, Labor, the RTA, koalas, buses, trains, light rail and Clover Moore was seriously deficient. She forgot to also denigrate unionists, commies, Asians, public education, feminists, whale lovers and poofs.

and here i was thinking that you wanted them to blow somthing else!

Wilchemy 06-15-06 06:00 PM

From cyclingnews.com - Tour de Suisse Stage 6
1 Koldo Gil Perez (Spa) Saunier Duval-Prodir 5.49.52 (36.391 km/h)
2 Jorg Jaksche (Ger) Würth 0.36
3 Jan Ullrich (Ger) T-Mobile Team 0.40
4 Jose Gomez Marchante (Spa) Saunier Duval-Prodir 1.39
5 Simon Gerrans (Aus) AG2R Prevoyance 1.47

Go Gerro!! :) Little bloke with a big heart. Lone survivor of an early breakaway that included "Chicken" Rasmussen.

PS: Please accept my apologies for posting something directly related to cycling! :D

Mate, they could blow my big toe and I'd be in heaven. :D

Thylacine 06-15-06 07:01 PM

I looked at my bikes yesterday.

There. You're not alone.

62vette 06-15-06 07:49 PM

I put a new rear derailleur cable on my roadie yesterday, and discovered the old one was hanging on by two threads - literally.

I must check my brake cables
