If you don't get it, tell it to someone else.

I went to the 'Museo del Jamon' in Madrid. Friggin ham hocks hanging from the ceiling!!! Yuk

I'm sure jamon e quesos bocadilla is the natinal dish of Spain.

Oh the pain...

up here Victorians are commonly referred to as Mexicans, making Expat's 'green eggs and ham' quote funny in the extreme (for anyone north of the border that is!)

But if you're from down that way, don't feel bad. Ppls from Cane Toad Country often refer to us as Mexicans too.

So you fellas. It seems I have strained or pulled my Biceps Femoris down near where it goes across the back of the knee. It's fine if I can keep it stretched and straight. Left the leg stay bent for a while and it tightens and gets sore. What yous rekon to get it better? Stay off the bike and take it easy? Or do some light riding to losen it up?

jock 01-23-06 09:21 PM

rest until it sez it's ready for light work. Ice could still be useful too

531Aussie 01-23-06 09:23 PM

hey Ed, another chance to show your smarts, and have a quick perve :p

But by the weekend, she had started packing his belongings into his 4WD BMW, parked under her apartment complex....

"I wanted blood last night and now I think I'm OK," she said.

Which probably means that all his things got trashed or burned, including the beemer

Hmmm. Eight years of school for 50 words of Spanish.

To those aussies that know about Newcastle Bike shops. I went to the cranky/vocal/chew your ear off guy in Adamstown today. He barely talked to me! (I must smell or something) Its only cost me $15 to fix the wheel, where hadleys said I would need to buy a new one. *shakes fist at expat* ;)

I bought some paint today as well, the bike should/will be a nice forest green this Australia Day.

jock 01-23-06 10:41 PM

Maurice? He's a top bloke, just don't mention the Rainbow Warrior incident again. Ok?
