Dang, y'all up in the 300s? I kinda like it up there sometimes, but after I go down to the mezzanine for my second beer, there ain't no way I'm crawling all the way back up there, so just stand and watch from right next to the peanut stand.

Another weekend mega-walk this eve.
At the cemetery, I encountered a lone Canadian Geese. I don't know what you all were fussing about. It was fine. I walked my way, and he waddled his. No problemo.
Something new: I encountered a 50+ pack of motorcycles on Dutchtown. Never seen anything like that there before. Not sure how they even got bunched up like that, with it being close to an intersection.
They weren't speeding, but several of them were riding wheelies at times. One of which hit the tail of his motorcycle on the pavement, and sent sparks flying.
I could hear the rumble a mile or two away. Annoying.

And Rhodie days in Florence, OR. Good lord, all the bikers would roll in, drinkin' in the streets was A-OK but inside the bars where the one-percenters were chillin', all the ladies would be hitting the dancefloor topless.
Speaking of sparks, I kinda wanna play some of the band Sparks, but gonna fire up some Stevie Windwood instead...

Got my ride in. It was a mixed bag. First part getting to area near Mission Bay was tough as even though it was 6:30AM the place was MOBBED, apparently a big 1/2 marathon so that was a mess. Then climbed Soledad which was fine but at the summit it started pouring rain. The next hour was a wet slog but I had a gilet so was warm enough despite the wet. I wended my way back. It was a fine ride despite the messes. I feel bad returning the rental bike all gritty but I don’t have the means to wash it.
PS riding out on India street is generally ok but under the SD freeway was sketchy as the bike lane disappears and I got buzzed by some cars.

The storms rolling through here have put down 1.5" here. I figure this will save us having to run the sprinklers till May. Looking at last year's water bills, that's good news.
BUT it also means another day on the Magical Zwifting Machine. I'm not even going to TRY to do my usual 60 miles. The most I've ever done in a day on Zwift was 3 hours, 52 miles. I did one hilly route and one flat one. My cousin's son - who I guess is ALSO my cousin - did a Century on Zwift. But he's a good 20 years or more younger than me.

I saw no topless women during my walking activity.
