I have not ridden the bike yet - tomorrow will post impressions. From what I understand it is on the stiffer side for Ti frames - whatever that means.

Take all with a grain of salt - not sure how my impressions would stand in front of scientific measurements

I think Passoni is more stable at high speed yet the Moots is a bit better at cornering. This can be placebo since I know for a fact the difference in rake between the 2 bikes and what it is supposed to mean

Just keeping it honest.
Oh - on my maiden ride I dropped a watter bottle and ran it over... Sigh. It's still usable.

Now, for the Passoni, the head tube is thick. The fork is fat, it's massive. I wanted a stem that fits the front of the bike, a fat, thick front-end.

Sigh. I put Park Tool paste and forgot to cleanup it before putting the collar. Just cleaned that up. Good eyes!
The seat tube has 4 cutouts that can be seen depending on the angle you look from; I guess they are for a uniform distribution of the collar's pressure.
In this picture the collar's cutout is also misaligned compared to the center of the bike - took care of that too.

Seven Redsky
This thread needs more Seven! My 50th birthday present, mid-life crisis bike. I wanted a bike that was simple and easy to maintain myself. Built around Velo Orange Grand Cru mid-reach brakes. Can fit 35c tires, but currently switching between 28c and 32c. The custom fit is wonderful for my freakishly long torso and inflexible hamstrings! The process working with the Ride Studio Cafe in Lexington, MA and Seven was wonderful. The bike rides like a dream! Forgive the saddle and handlebar bags! I was packing a picnic for a ride in Acadia National Park with my wife.

Bikes: 2020 T-Lab X-3 w/GRX Di2, 2018 Trek FX-5S with GRX/Xt 1x drive train
My most recent purchase. A T-Lab X3 (gravel geometry and wheel clearance) shown here in road configuration with Chris King/Nox wheels shod with GP5000 Tubeless.
I bought a gravel bike for it's very slack geometry. I want to go long and have some level of comfort while I'm at it. So far this has fit the bill perfectly.

It looks like I hadn't posted in this thread since 2011 and those images are long gone (by Photobucket account). Still have the frame, though it's now definitely built up with different bits. I've gone over it with the "official" refinishing kit to give it a good, even brushed finish, and reapplied the decals and a new headtube badge.
Still the same fork, but I think I'll eventually get the fork they sell so all logos match (the bike and frame were originally a burgundy color, so I'd given the fork a decent rattle can re-spray).
Mismatched wheels, but that's because I have a Powertap hub to swap between bikes. It's probably time to investigate either a crank or pedal-based system.

Van Nicholas Titanium; Chinook and Yukon
I have two Van Nicholas bikes bought in 2007 that I am still enjoying, a Chinook and Yukon. I was trying to upload a picture of each from my pc but it seems to recognise them as links to external sites that I can't do until I have done 10 posts!
