Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'm 182cm (5' 11.5") tall and weigh 86kg (189lbs). Can't really lose a lot of weight due to my build. Not much of a hill climber which is a shame given how many steep hills are near here.

Hey, I was 310 at the end of 2004. If I can do it, I'm sure you'll make it!

5'11" right now 160. I usually go between 150-160. Depends on if I'm lifting or not. I'm actually trying to get to 170. I feel the stronger I get, the better I ride. And since I carry no fat, it's all muscle.

5'9" 165lbs.
Start weight last year: 202lbs
Goal: 160lbs.
I think my goal weight may result in me being a tad heavy. However, I need to stop sooner or later. Once I weighed 135lbs at 5'9". I would rather not be under weight.

Once the goal is achieved, I will be switching to muscle toning. Yes, I know cyclists don't need upperbody strength. I don't race and would rather not look like a twig attached to two huge legs.
Just a little muscle definition. Pecs, biceps, triceps, etc
A six pack would be nice. Doubt I can get one.

Yea I was 5'10" 145 when I was 20 years old. Now I'm 5'7" 140 at 56 years oid. I think you omitted an important component of this. AGE. Assume your a young buck but I could be wrong.

Bikes: Nothing special, but it works.

6'2", 165 pounds. I'm 46 (since age seems to have crept into the responses).

6'7" and 212 lbs, although my weight has been fluctuating lately. After a hot ride this past Tuesday I weighed in at 205. I tend to lose weight when riding, gaining it back in a few days. Overall, 210 to 215.

5'10.5" ~145 lbs. I just turned 40 years old and I'm getting stronger every year. I seem to have positive results from riding more and riding harder. And eating better.

6'0" 203lbs under 10% bf, was under 6% in april at 190, but started to gain it back because I wasn't watching my diet and wasn't running as much anymore. I will get under 7% within a couple weeks and back liftin hard.
