Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Wow. Once I asked the question, I wondered if maybe I shouldn't have. Obviously there wouldn't be a good story about losing toes. I am glad that you can look on the bright side of it. I hope that you ride the #@$# out of that bike and help drive that typeII out of your system! It's amazing what a little exercise can do to lowering your a1c!

My Taylor with a set of the new C-4 wheels with 22MM wide V-22 rims. No rides yet (still snow on the ground) but they should be very much like my HED Bastognes, which I like a lot.

Hello BarracksSi, the crankset is a FSA Energy ISIS, it's old also heavy, I have it for years, but it came from my last bike to this BMC recently when I switched frames.

If it is a road bike and you ride it then it is perfectly fine. Please post it for us to see.

Finally got my new bike. I've never been so excited in my life. This thing is a beast.
Unfortunately, had to use my old pedals. PD-R540's until I can afford my Ultegra's.
Link to full size here.

Hi,

Just picked up my Cooper BB30 (just another one of the many that have appeared at the moment). Full SRAM Force groupset, except a Compact Red crank. Everything else is Ritchey WCS. There are some custom wheels, which will come after the Credit Card has recovered. I have not ridden it yet but will do 40km in the Morning
