Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

No, what is ridiculous is that a high school graduate (or graduate equivalent) cannot calculate average speed given total distance and total time.

Please tell me you're some king of mathematical troll.

Perhaps you should quit while you're behind.

So if damaged roof takes 129 man hours to fix, with a 4 man crew, how many days of job site electric service will you have to pay for?

Bikes: Flat bar road bike, trail bike and MTB

From my days of participating in auto rallyes.

60m/T=average speed

m is miles in decimal form, as I believe all bike computers provide it.
T is time in minutes. If your bike computer provides elapsed time, be aware a reading of 1:24.45 would have to be converted to 84.45 minutes, although quite frankly you can round off to 85 minutes.

Quite frankly it isn't a whole lot of money to just buy a bike computer that automatically computes your average speed. Probably any model from $19 and up does.
