Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I got a Stealth bike carrier, PI jersey, new tubes, cages and saddle bags. Those are the small stuff. For the big stuff, pics are attached. 2007 GSX-R1000, new helmet and jacket. Sad part is I wont pick it up until Spring. At least it'll get free heated winter storage.

Custom exhaust and euro tail installed.

powertap, but I split that with the 'rents so I've known about it. Also lots of stuff I need since I live off campus these days - blender, good coffee, other fun things like that.

Haven't exchanged with the girlfriend yet, since we are both at home far far away from each other. She's getting something shiny And I'll be getting enough brownie points to last me the rest of the year, hopefully.

My brother and I have a $10 limit, since we're both poor. We got each other little remote control helicopters that we are racing around the living room. They are sweet.

sadly, my only cycling gift. I was really hoping for a team kit, but oh well. Since I received several gift cards for Hess, I can finally save up some cash to use for cycling related purchases instead of gas for once.

Thanks! And thanks to the wife for supporting my hobbies. Now my Gixxer600 will be getting a metallic silver and PINK paint job. Yeah, with me getting the new bike, she claimed the old one.

You all suck. I got an MP3 player and some clothes and other small stuff. But it works out because I told everyone not to get me anything since if they bougt me any cycling schwag, they'd get ripped off because I can get it cheaper.
*sigh*

PBK gift certificate. Probably buy a new crank with it, maybe a compact. However, the day is young...have other places to visit yet.

First, Christmas came a little early this year when, back in September, I "t-boned" a car with my trusty Marin Portofino and the lbs declared it a loss. Here's my *cough-cough* replacement:
