Looks like I've got a line on an old Raleigh frameset (It's only 2030 steel, but beggars can't be choosers) courtesy of a BF member. It's a 27" frame, with a standover height of 36.5"
I just measured my max. standover height, using a broomstick. In sneakers and slacks, 39" was my limit. Hmm, maybe that 27" isn't quite big enough...

I am 6'3" with long legs. I ride a 62cm to 65cm traditional frame with a 58 to 60cm top tube; standover for me is usually around 34 or 35". I have sold steel bikes to many very tall riders in the seattle area. The guys who are very tall (over 6'3") and not over 220 lbs seem to fit well on older steel bikes from the 70's and 80' that are 63 to 67cm tall with at least a 59cm top tube. If you are over 220 lbs then custom may be your best bet, otherwise the older steel bikes work great.
