Beautifully understated classy ride. Older 10 campy record. The left dropshifter can be an ode to old school racers who used that combo, but campy record 10 left brifter works quite fine.

^ A bike like that, you don't even notice the weeds.

My latest money pit. Just finished the build this weekend, and it rides amazing. Very light and stiff. Di2 is superb.

I sold the diamondback i posted awhile back to fund a VERY small fraction of this. Convinced the girlfriend that it was 'just about an even trade' :)

Thanks! I have to admit that I originally used that setup - a Record brake lever from the TT range and an artisan carbon downtube shifter made by BTP - on my Merlin Extralight to shave off every gram in a lightweight setup. That bike was since rebuilt with normal brifters and the downtube lever landed in the spare parts bin. Through the years I did however use similar setups on other bikes and when I had this Vetta frame built I remembered the BTP lever and decided to bring back that setup. Not a weightweenie built at all with a steel frame, fork and custom steel stem but I like the clean look and since I do long distance rides but no racing I don't miss the brifter for the front derailleur.

Good catch; I had a sidewall blowout on the rear Conti GP4KS2 (my third one, not buying them again) and I had a Schwalbe One lying around so I put that on.

Used this same tactic with watches, and plan to keep it in my arsenal with my cycling hobby.

If there were a prize for posting something that is intentionally designed to be not hot you would be in the running. But since there isn't, you have only wasted band width.

And now that you have made your statement, please move on and leave things to the big boys.

Photo aside, the bag alone disqualifies it. That aside, it's simply not hot in any way, shape or form.

Can I get a witness!?!?

I think you are just opposed to white bikes.
