Not. Where did all the hot bikes go? Dgas ...post your bikes. It seems people need an example of a HOT bike.

I already did over 100 pages ago! Besides, my comment was not say mine is hot and others are not, but to point out that clearly we can all agree most of the bikes here are not hot by most people's standards. Again, hot is simply an opinion. There is already another thread to simply post your bike. Any bike.

With that tiny frame I'd be surprized if it did weight more. Now let see a grown up version of this bike.

it's orange...and as such, it matches my team colors. the guy who fitted me (the shop is a team sponsor) really wanted to do it and i let him. it's kind of grown on me, to be honest, although it does make more sense when i'm on the bike with orange kit.

I agree a lot of the bikes posted here are merely ordinary stock bikes with a wheel upgrade.
There are, on the otherhand, some really hot bikes (Soloist Assassin's bike wins), but a lot of really nice looking vintage bikes that would never get noticed on any other thread.

But the name of the thread is "Hot or Not", it's not unlike those websites where women (and I suppose guys too) post photos of themselves asking for others to critique them.
So in that sense, most everything will always fall into the "ordinary" catagory by default.

yea...they should just make this Hot only....who wants to see basic bikes...

Like I said when I started this - hot or not. Half the fun (I hoped) was roasting the bikes people thought were not.

Everyone thinks their bike is hot, myself included (and I own two Giants).
So Hot Only isn't going to help.

I don't mind, I enjoy looking at bikes - and reading other's opinions of them.

Not - lousy pic. Bar tape color is weak and makes no sense. Very capable bike I'm sure but not hot.

Someone should set up a hot or not bike site, where you post your bike and other people rate it on a given scale, and average ratings are organized into a leader list.
