SA's S2 set the bar high for other S2 owners, but this is HOT as well.

Hot bike but your camera focused on the doors in the background putting the bike out of focus a little.

Yes, I'm a member of that forum too and have been following the thread. I also live in Austin and am acquaintances with Mr. Crumpton (he lives and works here too). This is different from most of his frames in that he used Isogrid tubing. I've wanted one of his frames for a long time - they're beautiful in person.

I am not Cervelo person, but this is hot.
But, you need to lose that exess housing before you hook it on something and tear off all kind of things from the frame.

I agree. There's no reason to have 2 feet of housing at the rd loop.

it may be excessive but sram asks you to have extra cable to create a straight line as it enters the rear derailleur.

Dig it! Smoking hot with a couple of extra embers for the electronic shifting.

Oh wow.. I didn't realize that was SRAM Red on the Cervelo until now. Their 2012 line looks like a combo between the 2011 shifters and new campy stuff.

It is hot, but what has been done to it? Doesn't that bike come with those wheels?

Soloist Assassin 05-18-12 08:48 AM

squid crank kills it.

I don't mind the DA cranks. Not the sexiest crank out there but not horrible - I'm sure they're pretty light and stiff.

jeepseahawk 05-18-12 09:22 AM

Not my bike, someone else posted it and I replied it is hot. Not that vain.

The Raven in it's everyday dress. ;) 25mm tires and 250 lumen light and all. This is how I get to work most days:

Hot. The all-black works the way it's configured. But the bars seem a little thick - are they padded that well or is the tube that think?

alexaschwanden 05-19-12 06:46 PM

Nice black bike.
