you have a lot of impressive components, but that saddle drives me crazy (aesthetically speaking)

0° stem, a different seat, and that CAAD 10 will be soo tight.

Hey, who does tubes with anodised ally valves?

My guess would be they are extenders on the shortest valved tubes he could find.

Or he took the time to paint his stems??

Looks sick though.

The gold accents on the crank bolts and skewers need to be changed to black. The skewers might be ok in red but I would still go black on both.

I hate how you have to attach a speed sensor to that nice fork :(

Beautiful bike

xinram 09-12-12 03:05 PM

I hate it also, but is there an other possibility?

Rear seat stay or chain stay left side.

Looks good. Personally, I'd get rid of the FFWD stickers on the fork. This build looks almost identical to what my Noah Pro looked like up until last week. Nice to see another Ridley in the hot or not thread.

I'm still learning!

Edit: That being said.. they look incredibly easy to mount and dismount. I'm still having a few silly looking times with my SPD 105'S: ( It's almost made me quit riding to certain areas of higher congestion because I don't want to hold anyone up or make too huge a fool of myself. Would Speed Plays be good for me? Looks like in would need new shoes as well?? Thanks for any help and sorry for the off topic reply.

I think that they're great in stop-and-go situations - I used mine for commuting in NYC. Just be sure to install them properly (don't over-tighten) and practicing clipping in and out before taking them on the road - they can be stiff out of the box. If you have a 3-hole shoe, there's no need for new shoes - a 3-to-4-hole adapter is included with the pedals/cleats.

Kudos for the lighting and the white seamless, but you can't even see the bike in the background and it only distracts from the Wilier in the foreground. They look like great builds but this presentation doesn't do them justice.

Awesome! My Shimanos have both, I think.

Just ordered a pair. These things look awesome from the videos I've watched.

Indeed, next time go for all black tires!!

NWS Alpine 09-13-12 09:24 AM

I think it's ok with the blue tires because they match the frame color. If they match his team kit then that's awesome. If he doesn't race then I would swap for some more subtle black tires.

eduardo76 09-13-12 09:49 AM

Schedio - nice Willier duo - now post some images so we can actually look at them...they certainly appear to be sizzling though

Alfredo - normally color tires are a huge no-no for me...and so is the color blue...yet, it works on your jamis...you better be fast though!
