Skip the shimano crank and rings, the rotor and praxis will work just fine with di2. :innocent:

My poverty bike. I changed the post, saddle, stem, and bars to all PRO stuff because the price was right for the fit adjustments I needed. As it sits I have less than $1300 in it including the Cat Eye computer, lol.

My next frame will probably be a Parlee in ~2015, when I kill the last student loan. Some Flo 30s could find their way to this bike before that.

I like everything about that bike except the crank. One of the black cranks mentioned above would look better, but I understand the 105 is much more budget friendly.

Thanks. It's extreme poverty but it gets the job done at 190-250 miles per week. When I become a man and switch from a 50 to a 53 tooth, the crank will be black KCNC, Hollowgram, black Sram Red or something like that. I'm still in cycling puberty so I'm not there yet, lol.
Edit: I might be temped to powder coat them satin black. Hmmmmm.

That bike belongs to "Sirhustleresq", not milkbaby.

If you scroll up you can see that sirhustleresq mentioned that the bars, seatpost and stem are all pro vibe.

You tell 'em Bianchi10. Obviously needed to be set straight, and I can at least sleep tonight knowing the truth was told.

BoJaffa 08-16-13 09:20 PM

My apologies. Nice bike Sirhustleresq. Pro vibe, good to know.

sorry if that came out as if I was trying to be a jerk about it. Was absolutely not intended that way, but I can see how it would have been taken that way. Nothing for you to apologize for, if anything I apologize to you. :thumb:

Thanks. They are 31.7mm diameter out to the hoods, which is pretty unique and good if you have large hands.

took a picture without me in it, still kind of sucky, and stolen from my instagram, but you can at least see the bicycle and not my fat ass hiding it.

That's an awesome pic. Thanks for sharing. The other pic with you on it is a good pic too, I wish i had a pic like that.

I love the color and lack of decals (relatively speaking) on that Madone, very nice. Don't care for the angle of the stem with the top tube, but that's just how it is with sloping geometries these days.

Okay, so maybe I'm not crazy. The seat post really smoothed out the ride, right? I'm talking about a significant improvement. I also LOVE the fat handlebars.

Depending on what your coming from (especially with an aluminum frame) this seat post can smooth things out nicely :) I had a Ritchey Pro Carbon in which the seat would slip event hitting my driveway. The clamping area of this post would take an act of God to move the seat unintentionally. Its fairly light and very sturdy :)
