I would give it a hot without the light blue tires. Not feeling that particular color in combo with the rest of the bike. I do think a white saddle would call for white bartape.

I have another submission for your consideration. I think I have followed all the rules. Just built it back up, freshly painted. I am posting two pictures; one on everyday wheels and one on race wheels. So what say you: hot or not?:)

Meh. I want to like it, but I think Its more the wheels than the bike. Not ugly by any means, but not Hot to me.

Its almost hot IMO, something about the white tape that's throwing me off maybe.
I can't pin point what it is exactly but theres just something about it that makes my think twice.

Haha, never occurred to me that someone may think that. Nope, it's the signature of the painter; Jack Kane of Jack Kane Custom Racing Bicycles. They did an awesome job and are extremely professional to work with. It almost looks more like a gel coat than paint since it is so deep!

BTW, I learned a new rule; no valve stem caps or collars. I'll get it right one of these days!:p
