It's hot. The only thing I would tweak would be to rotate the bar up just a little bit, so that the drops were parallel to the top tube or nearly so... I like how that looks and find in comfy as well.

So this thread doesn't get derailed any further, please take the moderation discussion to PMs. You can contact me, Siu Blue Wind, or the head administrator, Tom Stormcrowe. Thanks.

Thank you for your blessing, sincerely. Let's see how this goes. Here it is http://www.bikeforums.net/road-cycli...ot-thread.html

Sure has been a while...
Upgrades include dura-ace di2 (7970 because 11 speed junior cassettes are pretty uncommon), planet-x cnc brakes (after reading Bianchi's review why the hell wouldn't you buy them...), white and black arione r3, hed 10* stem. I'll probably be stuck with the ultegra crank for a while, since I've got a stages on the other side.

If you don't like the way someone's bike looks, you can say so, but saying a bike is ugly because it has a water bottle or a saddle bag is lame. Stop being lame.

Remember where you are.

It took all of, what, six pages(?) of this nearly 800 page thread to get negative.

What're we talking about when we say "the way it used to be"?

Fox Farm 05-12-14 11:50 PM

We don't see all that many Bianchis or Boyd wheels bikes so this is fresh and sure, because of the very small frame size, the down tube is making what looks like a reverse bend from what would seem more logical to be straight or bend the other way. But still, this is a nice bike and the black and teal color scheme is nice.

I don't know what it is exactly, but the combination of Campy shifters, bars, and frameset makes the easiest transition from hoods to drops then comfortable riding in the drops that I've ever experienced. Eye keed yew knot!

Hmm, I might have to look into some new bars. I love the shape of those.

If you decide on this Deda, they ain't cheap but Ribble sells them the cheapest.

Luckily all of Deda's compact(RHM) have similar specs, ~75mm of reach and ~125-130mm of drop so you don't have to spend big to get the same shape. I love my zero100 bars on my commuter
