From a purely aesthetic point, the stem would look better (and probably end up placing the stem in the exact same position) if you flipped it and mounted it with all the spacers underneath. This would also make it easier to lower the stem/handlebar position over time, if you feel you may go that direction. I think, possibly, of all the bikes I've ever seen, this is the first RED equipped bike I've ever seen with SPD pedals. The type of rider that picks RED is usually the weight weenie roadie purist type, so three-bolt road or Speedplay is usually the thing. |

i really like the artistry of your black and white photo, but i'm curious about what it would look like in color.

You posted your bike in the hot or not thread and you keep defending it when someone says not. What?
And I don't care how comfortable the seat post is, it's ugly. That's like saying you like banging fat chicks because they're soft and cushy. traditional round tubing ftw. |

^ Hot! Is the top pic just a greyscaled version of the one below, or is it before/ after the tires and tape? More details pls, frame?

Hot bike, but if you can slap it in front of that big of a roll of seamless, you can find a more elegant solution to keeping it upright.
