Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I like the name---because the earth so desperately needs more kind humans, and we have so very many of the other kind. The script is larger than I would have liked, but that is the modern norm on bike frames---use them as billboards.

In that application the gumwalls look great ... a nice contrast to break up the solid black of the deep rims and tires.

On the whole a very clean and elegant presentation.

Not a fan of the brand, but if it works for you, the color scheme is working great.

I would think white tires would work better with the white on blue, but I would be wrong. The gumwalls look great.

They are Kashima Carbon tubulars with ceramic hubs.

It's not done yet, but I'm too cheap to drop $300 on an ENVE seatpost right now, 60mm pink valve stems don't seem to exist, and I need to get the proper spacer to slam the stem farther...so here it is. When I make the updates, I'll post again.

At least their seatposts are prettier than their stems.
The only thing I dont like about your bike is that Enve stem.
It just jars with me.

I'd rather see a taller steerer and a level stem, or at least a stem which is parallel to the top tube.

Too late for that I guess.

lol.

eTap? not a good looking groupset.

eTap is fun, but it's not sexy. It's a novelty

I'd rather have Chorus.

Besides, the light beige goes as well with light blue as white would, I think.

The only options for ENVE stems are +/- 6...this one is on the -6.

Until I decide to get rid of ENVE components, it's going to have to look like that. It's also 130mm which makes it stand out a bit more, but short stems are for mountain bikes.

It's like $200 to have a frame professionally painted...I didn't save you that much.

But I wouldn't be painting one that I already have. Not customizing it makes the idea of getting a new frame that much less tempting.

Sorry but i've never been a fan of colored chains.

Its like car guys that put all sorts of color matched doo dads on their engine.

While normally I would agree, this chain color is subtle. Its not like what you would find on the fixed gear crowd.

All of that red - it needs to go. Overall shape is nice and I really like the color of the frame, but I'm unsure of the graphics - without the eye-sore red battling for attention, the graphics might not be too busy, but I'm having a hard time unseeing the tires/tape/cages/calipers.

What's with the curve of those bars? Looks sorta like old style bars you'd find on a quill stem, with long ramps and big drop.

Or is it the camera angle?
