Casa CAD. We've been here 11+ years. Bought the house brand new. Still love it here.

Ok, I'm done being nice now. HTFU, pcad ;) Beth Hey Beth, when I do a rare Pcad Personal Appearance I'll throw you my underwear from the stage. Oh wait, when I wear my racing bibs, I don't wear underwear. Never mind. What stage? The endorphins are whacking my brain again. |

I don't disagree dark, but I hit this hill EVERY day, at the end of EVERY ride, and sometimes with 109 miles in my legs or after hard workouts. When I first started riding again after a five year layoff, I was much heavier than I am now (25 lbs) and there were a couple of times I called Mrs. Pcad for a sag wagon lift up that stupid hill. That's when I started calling it Mt. Doom. On the USGS (US Geological Survey) Maps it's an old hill called Pine Hill, and our house is at the top.
Now of course it doesn't matter how tired I am, I manage to grind up it regardless. |

I thought pcad would at least have carbon guttering..

You have a beautiful home.
Does the back yard have as sheer a drop off as it looks? |

You guys on BF are easy to brainwash. Soon you'll all be hating yourselves, riding 1,000 miles monthly, getting killed in races and achieving Pcad Cycling Zen. Except for Chipcom who will still be home on the couch with the Ben & Jerry's.

Indeed. All I have to do to commit suicide is step off my back deck.
I like your new avitar. |

The endorphins are whacking my brain again. <gasp!> you don't wear underwear under your bibs??? ;) Well, just throw me a jersey or something. I'm looking at a new winter jacket layer, too - you could toss one of those. The Cannondale one with the detachable sleeves (no zippers - magnets). No pony, though. I don't want a pony. Beth |
summer 09 - start planning the bike party at Pcads!

Happily, I will be somewhere on the other side of the country when you do this. |
Where are all the townhouses and condos that have been built in Chester?

Now THAT'S Mt. Doom, not the speed bump you posted. Nice house though, and while I'm ready for something a bit more secluded than my current urban condo I like the idea of my daughter being exposed to NYC and all of the diversity. |
OMG what a freakin pansy. MT DOOM? Pcad a 7% avg hill for a mile is about a 7 min effort. HTFU! You REALLY need to come out to So Cal and ride some real hills and MOUNTAINS. We have plenty of 20+% climbs that go on for miles.
Now you do have some redeeming value with that crib. Apparently you have some taste. It's so purtee also like a dollhouse. You've done ok for yourself. NICE WORK! |

I do and I have ridden them. |
plenty? I'd challenge you to name one that went on 'for miles' at 20%.

Never mind. |
And that isn't even close to 20%, never mind miles. 20% is stupid steep.

Scratchup still feels crappy on a bad day. Of course I don't have to chase guys like Gary up Old Mountain Road. |
From the river to the top of the mt is how far? Certainly not 20% for miles. Nope.
