Giro Zero CS gloves. Minimalist, no padding, just a thin microfiber palm patch. No straps. The pocket/pouch looking doodads on the middle and ring fingers are to help pull off the gloves. They're good. Just enough to protect the palms and knuckles from scrapes.
Didn't really need or want another pair of gloves but the LBS discounted the price on the hi-vis yellow set, so what the heck. I needed gloves when I first resumed cycling in 2015, but now don't really need them for riding comfort on the road bike. Probably a combination of comfortable bar wrap, getting into better shape, and tweaking the bit fit so there's less weight on my hands. But now my old pair of padded gloves annoy me a little and don't feel quite right. I preferred my unpadded Bontrager Thermal RXL gloves most of the time. https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...32f1ab02c4.jpg Giro Zero CS minimalist gloves |

Finally got a pair of these to transport our bikes. No more trying to stuff two bikes in the back of a VW Golf.

Is it just my imagination, but are more and more gloves coming out that no longer have the velcro tab. I just bought a similar style pair of Nalini's; not in this color scheme, but same model.

New kicks day! I took a chance and ordered a pair of Fizik R1B online for a stupid low price in my stupid tiny size, and they are perfect.

Does this count? No more front tire removal and struggling to get the seat of the 95 Civic coupe down and the bike wedged into the space.https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...1a5cadb08a.jpg

One way to get KOMs on Strava.. though easier to just take the computer off the bike and leave the bike at home.

Ordered from Hong Kong. Not sure how the sizing will work out, but figured why not give it a try? |

These were a random Amazon find. Unfortunately, there's a ton of variation in pricing, but sizes 37-48 are available. They appear to be available for $250 from the Fizik website in sizes 40-48. |
