Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It's called a sacrificial bolt. Try here, https://www.bikepro.com/products/rear...der_bolts.html, or here https://www.pilo.co.il/Default.aspx

You may just have to go to local nuts & bolts store. Can't find my original link.

Also called "break-off bolt".

The non-replaceable derailleur hanger is not a show stopper if you get this DERAILLEUR PIVOT BOLT.

It works fine and solves that problem .

Try this and never have to worry about it: DERAILLEUR PIVOT BOLT The bolt will break instead of bending or breaking the hanger.

Hm interesting post. I was considering a frame upgrade (looking at the CR1 Pro). However, I was looking at the women's frame because...

a.) it's not stupid girly colors
b.) i'm a pretty small guy...
