A few shots from where I do my riding -- Sonoma County in Northern California. I'm sorry these images aren't larger. I can't seem to post any larger than these. Is there a secret handshake or something?

Some beautiful photos here. Absolutely breathtaking. Also, it shows, in most cases, that US roads are a in a whole lot better state than UK roads :D

Just some awesome roads, nice and empty. I would have to bike far up north and out of the GTA to find long stretches of empty roads.

Kind of a grey dirty looking picture from todays ride...but two days ago there was still snow in these ditches.

This thread makes me want to ride in Canada. I took a road trip there two years ago and noted how there were a lot fewer other cars on the roads, too. Nice images all around.

We call this stretch of road the dragonback, for the short rolling hills about 8-10km worth

A couple shots from today. Had a fall on Saturday so this was my first time back out. Lots of butterflies. Assuming that will go away with time. I had to replace my handlebar tape and went with a celeste blue. I still do not know how you guys get your photos so big. I have no problems on other sites -- just this one. Oh, well. Keep the pics coming. I need to plan my next bike vacation. :-D

Nice! I was up there on Saturday too. But there was no "open road ahead" when I was riding in the afternoon. The traffic was almost as bad as in leaf-peeping season...
