I think that anyone that posts a photo of an "empty road ahead" without identifying the location AND without having their location on their profile so at least we can make an educated guess of the location should be banished to the lowest level of Dante's Inferno where there are no empty roads ahead, only MUPs filled with unleashed dogs, running and screaming children, earbud-wearing joggers, and soccer moms riding three abreast on comfort bikes...

I agree with danmc.

I lived in Seattle for two years in 1999-2000 but was afraid to ride on the road so only rode on the MUPs like the Burke-Gilman trail on my hybrid. So now I'm seeing all that I missed out on!

That road goes through Ballard, only two blocks from the Burke Gilman trail. ;)

I know, this violates Velominati rule #55 . |
