I drink a cold Gatorade at Sag stops or when I pull into a grocery or fast mart. It has ingredients that help in endurance endeavors like long rides. But I never use it on my bike in my bottles because it tastes horrible when it gets warm. I only use water in my bottles.

gatorade is ghetto. terrible taste. nothing useful in there. i rather have pure refreshing water and stop for a muffin.
