Sorry to say, I need to go where I can get a decent job and support my family. It's not going to happen here. The missus has been here 39 years tomorrow, and that's enough for her.

Oh, and you don't have to ride a Thylacine or be on the team to have a jersey. If that was the case, FDJ has about 3000 team members! |

Looks like Utah right now. It would cost me at least $100k more than what I got for my home to buy it back now.
Q) What's the difference between trash and a girl from Jersey? A) Sometimes trash gets picked up. |

Yes. People too. And cars. Perhaps even bikes.
|
ha ha
Just seems like a small place for good jobs etc. Utah only has what, 2m people. Bloody nice place to live though, except no surfing, that sucks. |
It does have the advantage of lower housing costs. The company I worked for in the states has a large office there too. Good thing I didn't tell anyone to f-off on the way out. We also have a friend that's a VP of a construction firm. He may be able to put me to work managing one of their departments. I won't hold my breath, but if he can find me something when I get there, I'm set. He's due to take over the company in a few years, and is a top bloke.

Munchie, just follow climbos example and ride a RIGID bike! with 2.3" tyres! Still I won the OTB comp 1-0. Hope you made it from Ourimbah munchie...! Up to B-grade for you next week I reckon, you can take Climbos shoes shouting at those damn A graders :D Man I wish I had some legs, that guy Ross gave me his wheel up the hill right to the sprint, at which point I fell to bits  So looks like I'll be repaying the 'domestique' favour next time... Oh-well, always next week... is there an echo in here..? |

You guys will be fighting for 2nd place only in the OTB contest. No one can match me for grace, style, and frequency.

Nope, you can award them anytime. I've mastered the "Flying W", but with a twist. I reach back with my right hand and catch the seat before it hits me in the head. When I first got a front disc brake, and those grippy Continental XC tires, I had plenty of practice.
On a side note, within 2 weeks I'll have a spare MTB, so looks like you'll have no excuse for not going out with us sometime. |

I'm sure I will be able to find some reason... |
Morning all, hope we all had a good weekend? Sounds like a few of you got out for some rides over the weekend, didn’t get there myself in the end unfortunately.
Expat, you've made the decision to head back home officially by the looks of it? |

Suffice to say it was not a good weekend. |
I'll show up in my race pants and full face helmet, prepared to do battle on all fronts. I've gotta get that bike together for Munchie too. No excuses.

No, no, maybe, Tiger does, probably, never. By the way, once I get settled again in the states, I'll be sure to take care of you guys with whatever I can. |
What pressure are you guys running your knoblies at when you head off road?

2.3 tyres and tubeless so they take lower numbers. |
